Yup, I wasn’t sure about the cause but after updating a different, fully-functioning site to 3.7, I ran into the same issue.

Have not been able to solve it yet.

Really troublesome since I need to finish some work on that site ASAP.

I’m checking on my htaccess file on the site installed in the subdirectory and I have a .htaccess file, and a .htaccess.original file.

The original site only has the .htaccess

I just ran a test: A site I have in another subdirectory was working just fine. I updated to WordPress 3.7 (it had not been updated in a few months) and now it too presents the same issues. Does this help?

Thank you Hristo. I have not added any redirects. I copied the site to my server for redesign, using the duplicator plugin, and uninstalled several plugins, installed a new theme, and that’s about it.

I noticed in other similar forum entries that .htaccess was involved in those cases, if it is the cause here, how can I check?

Ok, just noticed the plugin developer has commented a lot more recently than 10 months, still, any help with this issue would be very welcome!

I’m facing the same problem (with loading wheel instead of text) and am getting worried that there hasn’t been a response to this issue. The last comment by the developer shows as being ten Months old.

So… is support no longer available for this plugin?

Also, logging onto the analytics site to check on stats and give the client that alternative, I noticed there’s a value of zero for all stats, is this due to the plugin and google not currently communicating the site’s info or has all the core analytics data been reset/deleted? The site has been tracked for almost a year now.

Hi, ok, tried that best as I could and I got an incompatible file error.

When I tried to pen the zip myself, it did well and a the very end got a message saying the zip file was incomplete. That’s from a backup I made a few weeks ago, so I tried making a new one.

The resulting size is always 0 Mb, making it impossible to back up/ duplicate the site. I tried checking alternate zip method, still no luck.

What do you recommend I do, could another plugin be causing the conflict? The client’s site has several.

I’m having s similar issue. When my client reported it a week ago, the dashboard widget just showed ellipsis.

now, after updating the plugin and wordpress, I get a loading icon, but it never loads.

Tried resetting, and noticed the Analyticator Google Analytics tab shows the message “Google Analytics integration is currently DISABLED”. After resetting and loging in with my google account, the screen stays the same even after I select “enabled” for “Google “Analytics logging is:”. Also, everything I get only blank space after “Google Analytics UID:”.

Seeing as people seem to be having issues with this hopefully someone can either post a link to where the answer is, if we’re just missing it, or give an answer if none has been given.
