I am not asking about navigation menu in classical theme and I am asking about the wp navigation blocks in theme editor for block themes. The selected navigation block is not assigned when importing xml using OCDI

Thank you for getting back. This CSV importer is the fork of Woocommerce CSV importer. I recommend you to install Woocommerce plugin and import CSV using Woocommerce CSV importer by file path. If the issue persists, the problem is with your server. If it works please let us know we will check.
