Thank you for post. Please share issues happened with your website by using this plugin, so we can improve/resolve it. However this plugin already tested with latest WordPress and WooCommerce version and passed the tests.

May be your output json fetching prices from direct database through SQL query( this will bypass wc price filters for frontend, so prices output will be same ).
