I take it your document root folder is Library/WebServer/Documents?

Can you try to check phpMyAdmin under your options table, see what’s your home and site url? If http://localhost/Documents change it to just https://localhost.

If you have cPanel try to find PhpMyAdmin and create a database there to be used with your wordpress installation.

Some hosting companies with instant wordpress installations have the database creation included in the setup. If not then use PhpMyAdmin.

I don’t think email works on localhost but here are other ways for you to reset your password:

I suggest you use the Through phpMyAdmin section.

You can do #1-3. Is your current site running on the same version as your localhost site? If same version you can skip #2 and just transfer your needed themes/plugins/uploads. You forgot something, though. You need to upload your database, too. Make sure you change the site and home url in your DB first otherwise you won’t even be able to go to your admin panel to change anything.
