Let me add more info. I am using “IP2Location” and “IP Location Block” providers. The Pakistani IP address was reported:
- IP address : 175.110.108.9
- IP2Location : PK
- IP Location Block : PK
But I can still access the website from that IP address.
The Bangladesh IP address was reported:
- IP address : 36.50.238.4
- IP2Location : SG
- IP Location Block : n/a
even though I added “SG” to my blocking list, I can still access the website from this IP address.
