I have disconnect / reconnect the JetPack connection. I also tried deactivating all plugins, that didn’t work either.

I am still receiving notifications for reviews, but when I open the notification, in the app it says “Failed to retrieve the review notification details.”

And reviews are not syncing in the app. Last review showing in the app is of April 2023.

For those who are still facing this issue, I was able to resolve it by excluding the plugin’s JavaScript files from caching in Wp Rocket.

/wp-content/plugins/additional-product-fields-for-woocommerce/js/dist/(.*).js

Hi, this happened to me as well. I tried the alternative plugin but that didn’t work as well.

Then I dig deep and found the origin of the issue.

This error occur when I try to add image to Mobile Menu Logo.

If I don’t use it then everything is working fine.
