no, i’m sorry. this plugin supports a web-service called livestream, but other than that it’s doesn’t stream, video chat or anything like that.

@xsil11 your question is completely unrelated to what you can do with the ographr plugin

1. make sure the facebook cache was cleared before posting (see FAQ)
2. make sure the required triggers are active and the plugin is enabled

for anything else, i’d need further insight. an example link would do.

i have the same dialog on one of my six ographr installations. after a brief look i noticed, that the beta setting isn’t actually enabled. in fact there aren’t any beta features in the built and the dialog is merely produced by a bug. again – no harm is done. i will issue an update tomorrow afternoon.

oh, there has been a misunderstanding then. the problem is, that this would require the plugin to copy the image to your server, which is a breach of the soundcloud terms. it’s probably easier if you add a function to your wordpress theme that does what you’re looking for.

about the second question: yes, ographr does work retroactively. once an old page (=unindexed) is visited, it will retrieve all necessary data, insert the meta-data and store it for future use.

i had reason to push out an update, so you might as well use the wordpress update. just let me know whether the new version fixed your problem.

just wanted to let you know, that ographr 0.8 supports playing videos directly on facebook (twitter is still a beta feature). doesn’t work yet with all supported services, but i’m working on it.

the new version disables displaying these tags. i’m not sure how to treat this in the future, but i’ll be giving it some thought. thanks for the report!

please have a look at the “post thumbnail” option in the expert settings. it will be labeled “featured image” in the forthcoming version.

hm, can you make sure the mistake is not on your end (browser cache, facebook cache etc.) because that specific page is fully working

you could also try appending several /s or #s at the end of the url – or try some url shortener, but the facebook debugger alone should do it. i’ll be glad to help once i know where to start!

as mentioned in the faq, facebook caches previously shared/liked pages for a week or two. you can always make sure that everything is in order by taking a look at your page’s source-code, or you can force a cache expiration by posting the link on the facebook debugger. i’ve already done the latter, so you should be able to see the image the next time you’re posting the link on facebook!

the problem is that the mixcloud embed code is copied in the head section!

but only in the 1.5 versions of your plugin, in 1.4 everything is fine. i can’t really say if that causes the problem, but since the detection works flawlessly when using the old mixcloud embed, the problem must be in your plugin.

did you also test what happens when you a standard embed code (=not the shortcode)?
