It was this litespeed “advanced” setting, which broke the functionality:

Instant Click OFF ON
When a vistor hovers over a page link, preload that page. This will speed up the visit to that link. Learn More

ok, when i try it for every page alone it works, seems plugin can’t jump over any blog which isn’t mapped and just stop?

Does it test if the sitemap file is really existing and write sitemap link only when sitemap is existing in these robot.txt “files”?

My Sitemap URL Structure is: https://[WEBSITE_URL]/sitemap_index.xml

Have “Check To Add Sitemap URL To Robots.txt File” checked, click on “save default settings” and then to “publish to network”

You get the IDs of blogs at the site: https://example.org/wp-admin/network/sites.php and then hover over the sites names and have a look on the bottom left (firefox) (have a look on what is linked on)
