Sorry for the delay. It looks like I had the wrong list key! It’s working now.

FYI: The first message I get from WordPress when activating the plugin (after installing from the Add Plugin page) is:
“The plugin does not have a valid header.”

If I go back to the Plugins page, the plugin remains deactivated. Hitting ‘activate’ then activates the plugin.

Is there documentation for the Password Reset template? I don’t see how to include the links the user needs to complete the reset.
