Hello, I am having a similar problem with the facebook publicize function. But mine doesn’t show any images at all.
I deactivated all my plugins to see if there was a plugin interferance but there wasn’t any.
I deleted and re-installed jet pack but still the same issue.
An example of a post to Facebook is

And the link to the post on my site is
https://www.yenghana.com/sudan-coach-counts-on-special-fans-of-kumasi-to-do-magic-against-ghana/
But when i copy and paste the URL from my site to facebook, it shows the thumbnail image on facebook.
An example of that is
https://www.facebook.com/yenghana/posts/431381676948944
Any help on how this can be fixed will be massively appreciated. Thanks
