I’m sorry read your disappointment.

We’re always ready provide our support and reply to any question by our customers but this platform is exclusive for the free version of YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter, we can’t write anything about the commercial one, neither reply to a question because it would mean does not respect the WordPress policy about that.

That’s the reason why we’re used to redirect our customers to yithemes.com for any question about premium version of our plugins.

I hope you can understand our reasons. We’re sorry for this late reply.

if you have a plugin that defines that particular shortcode, you can add it in a widget area next to the menu with no problems.
I checked your website, and maybe you already added it?

We’ll need to wait until your site goes public, in order to check your pages
Otherwise I could sugest you to create a dummy site, just to reproduce the issue, so that you can share it to me for my testing, while at the same time keeping your real site private

@georgiac44 I can’d find any reason why filters shouldn’t appear, apart from being considered “empty”
Could you please double check that your products are directly assigned to your categories? Please note that products must be assigned to those categories directly, and cannot be assigned to a sub-category
Besides, can you please run tool to recount terms? You can find it in the same Tools page that I highlighted before

@wesleyoliveirarj Even if problem appears the same, I suppose the cause is very different in your case; can you please share an url to your site?

It is really strange, it seems to be working for me
I registered a video for you, in order to show my test

As you can see, I applied the suggested CSS rules to inspector sylesheet, and then I can see the “counter” icon changing when I add/remove something from wishlist
