Hi, same problem here. The popup shows up on iPhone in Chrome browser or Safari browser, but when you fill in name and email, nothing happens. This is my site:

It works fine on desktop.

Hi, thanks for your quick reply. Yes, the popup modal is working fine. I had trouble with de popup that appears after a few seconds. But I created a new popup from scratch and that works fine. So, I will close this topic.

Same problem here, I get this error: “SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired”. I checked with my hostig provider and with a SSL-checker and the SSL-certificates are fine. I can not access any part of the plugin.

I hope this get solved soon and I am really looking forward to trying this plugin.

Same problem here! It looks like a problem with Javascript? The insert-button is not displayed.

I also noticed that the buttons in visual editor disappeared when I installed Decision Tree and I could not switch form visual editor to text editor. I had to deactivate the plugin.

@support: how can this be solved?

Thanks for your quick reply and for looking into this. Your answer helps in that I will stop searching… ?? I will have to find another way to solve this. I thought of adding the title in the first row of the table and use colspan. But then the tabletools don’t work, so no solution there… Anyway, will find something!

Hi all, this is what worked for me:

In firefox I use an add-in named firebug. When you install it you get the opportunity to look at the coding of the page you see in Firefox.

There you can easily find the line that points to your wordtube-player. Here I saw that the link was not correct.

Apparantly the settings are different for everybody, so I suggest that you look in your own file to see wordtube is looking for the player.

When I first tried to change the address I did not change the prefix (something like //home…/ in my case), but I only tried to change the last part of the address. That did not work.

So I suggest:
– first see if you can strip the first part of the path in the settings and just keep this: /wp-content/plugins/wordtube/player.swf

– If that does not work, then check with firebug what your wordtube is trying to do…
