I’d suggest starting off with checking for a plugin conflict by deactivating all other plugins and see if that helps? If it does help, then reactivate the plugins one at a time to find the culprit(s), if any. Can you also check for a theme conflict by switching to a default WordPress theme.

Have you tried checking for a plugin conflict? Did you happen to update or change anything recently? If you have a backup I’d suggest trying to restore as well and seeing if you can replicate the issue to pinpoint what did it.
