Are you using an auto-blogging plugin? If you are I’d suggest reaching out to the authors/plugin support and seeing if they can help solve the issue or maybe just trying a new one entirely.

Since it works on your VPN just fine, and I opened it with no problem. I’d check and see if the country you are trying to open this has some sort of stricter internet restrictions not allowing that type of website to pull up.

It shouldn’t really affect anything if you are not using it or have added your own custom class. I wouldn’t say you “need” it unless you want to change something in that class and want it to be uniform it will not affect what you have in the header where you deleted it.

I’ll second that, if you have a backup saved anywhere. A restore to the last version could allow you to troubleshoot further before your stuff got wiped out.

Is the plugin itself causing these issues, or maybe another one? Have you tried deactivating it and deleting it completely? You can also go into your file directory through FTP or cpanel and make sure it’s deleted. Sounds like that plugin and another are having conflicting issues.

If you really wanna keep it i’d dig around in the plugins support forums and see if you find similar issues there that have been figured out.

I also attempted recreating this issue and was unsuccessful, everything appeared to be normal. Was this possibly fixed already?

Have you had this issue before? Maybe added a new plugin recently? I’d start with tyring to narrow down what plugin it is then proceeding with troubleshooting from there. Maybe disable them from newest to oldest one by one till you find the culprit.

So I’ve seen this Netflix style theme that has these sliders you are talking about. There is a 14 free trial so maybe you could check it out and see what you can take from there if you don’t find anything else more direct or a specific.

I don’t know of a plugin like that(not saying there isn’t one) but I’ve personally signed a lot of documents/contracts using DocuSign, seems to be super common and used by a lot of big companies. They don’t really have a plugin that I’m aware of, but they have a chrome extension you can add to your browser. If you can’t find a plugin maybe this could be an alternative. That is if you are looking to use that service for your forms/contracts. Hope this helps!
