I’m not really sure why one customer out of hundreds would be getting this white screen on their phone. I’d personally call your host first and see if they have anything to with it on their end. I understand not wanting to bother the customer. But if you end up having to, here is a link that could help you and them troubleshoot this problem. Hope this helps.

If you use google chrome there is an extension in their web store called Dark Reader that you can turn on and off whenever you want a darker environment to work in. Works great with the WordPress dashboard. Hope this helps!
