In reply to: Curl 6 Error on add pluginsHello @ukbss
Did you update this plugin recently? Are the other sites running the same version of the plugin as this one that you are having problems with?
Hello @rishabhbh
Did you set this up in through theme or code it in? Or is that just something you’d like it to do? If there isn’t an option within the theme to do this where you don’t have to do any coding you may want to out to the theme authors.

In reply to: Ticketing System/Raffles. Help NeededHello @marcust95
I think woocommerce has a few options like that you can use like Raffle Ticket Generator and WooCommerce Lottery. I’d also look into https://wpraffle.com/ and see if you can customize that to your needs.
Good luck!

In reply to: My site is not loading and performingHello @kaleemkhan64
Sounds like you might be having some server performance issues. I’d suggest calling your hosting provider and asking them if there are any underlying server issues or if you need to increase your resources/hosting plan.

In reply to: Site Health Updating issueHello @lennydog
Are you using a plugin to check your site health, or are you talking about the site health located in your tools? If it’s a plugin I’d try updating it if it’s not up to date or deleting it and reinstalling and seeing if that helps.

In reply to: Easy Theme Preview QuestionHello @tickmatrix
So that image of the theme you are seeing is an example with example content already loaded. It’s to give you an idea of what it could look like. It looks like your site doesn’t currently have much content so you are getting the theme preview with what you have available on your site.
Does that make sense?

You could try these out and reach out to their authors and see if you can pay or get them tweaked to your exact needs.

In reply to: How to place YouTube block and a form block on the same lineHello @frankge973
Do you have an example or link? Depending on the theme you are using you could probably set the blocks to not overlap. You could also reach out to the author of the theme to help you if you are unsure how to adjust these blocks.

In reply to: Why is the title greyed out and not showing up?Hello @locksinajam
It looks like that’s the color it’s set as(#595959;) for your “site-name” and “site-tagline”. This might be a theme setting. You could look to see if you can change it to whatever color you want within the theme or try to change the CSS yourself if you’re comfortable with that.

I’m wondering if could a theme setting. Try switching to a default theme if you’re not already and giving it a shot.

In reply to: Can you expand the text box default sizeHello @whitesummer2
I know you can use the distraction-free option in the top right of the corner of your text box. That opens up room for a little more typing space for blog posts.

In reply to: WordPress Admin Panel InaccessibleHello @georgejr6
I’d try to narrow down which plugin is causing the error and reaching out to their authors and seeing if this is something they have dealt with and can fix. I’d also check your server’s error logs for any more potential leads on what could be causing this problem.
So for example, I’d start with a fresh install. Leave the theme as default. I’d start going through plugins one by one, checking the log after installing and using each one. Once I found the culprit or when this error would occur I’d gather as much data as I could and reach out to the plugin author to try and get a better idea of what’s going on and see how they can help.
If its not a plugin causing this, then hopefully the severs error logs can give you more clues. I’d also suggest switching your versions of PHP to see if that can help temporarily.
