This issue still exists for me. Unresolved.

We get WordPress messages from this website, for example WordPress core update messages, so it is not a SMTP or other mail related issue.

I do not remember when we stopped getting the emails, it was a few updates ago for certain.

We also have CRON jobs setup and WP CRON disabled. In fact we have 2 CRON jobs:

{path}/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mainwp/cron/checkstatuschilds.php > /dev/null 2>&1

and

{path}/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mainwp/cron/updatescheck.php > /dev/null 2>&1

I’m not sure what the emails are called. Maybe daily digest. We used to get an email when any of the child websites had plugins that needed updating.

BTW, Our Main WP Dashboard is v 5.2.2.

Hello again – I found that your HomeID premium theme includes OpenStreetMap but I do not want to purchase Elementor or WPBakery. Is it necessary to have Elementor or WPBakery to use HomeID?

I like your premium theme Beyot but it does not indicate OpenStreetMap as a feature. Is OpenStreetMap available with the Beyot theme?

There are no Javascript errors.

The plugin does have a admin bar component, however it is disabled. Enabling it does not change the graph display error.

I have identified the plugin causing the graph to be displayed (upside down?) on the WordPress dashboard page. It is “WPForms Lite” (free version):

Disabling this plugin removes the funky graph display. Re-enabling the WPForms Lite plugin causes the error to return.

What next?

Don’t you think it is odd behavior to have a weekly report that accumulates?

It would make more sense if the report reset after sending so that when the following weeks report is received one would not need to remember what last weeks count was in order to know how many messages were transferred for the current week.

We are receiving the reports, so no problem there. We do use WP Mail SMTP.

We are also having the same or at least similar issue. Every week we receive a summary that says a form has 60 entries when no emails have been delivered.

We use your SMTP plugin and have extensively tested the functionality of the form and verified the server is delivering them.

How can this summary counter be reset to zero?

Hi Brandon,

I found out what the issue was. Around WordPress 5 we also installed SSL. Enabling HTTPS resolved the matter.

Odd that after changing to SSL/HTTPS that option no longer appears – no way to dis-able it.
