After about 7 hours of trying to solve the problem, i installed that plugin and debugged the email. The subject was causing the email to not send.

Most themes have a footer copyright tool, but if not, use that code that alchymyth gave.

I am about to relaunch it, my colleague kept uploading the old site. I will give you a link in about an hour and hopefully we can find a solution. Thank you!

For the most part, the theme is the same as the free, lite version. I just figured I would get a faster reply here. I am sure this problem persists on the free version too.
