In reply to: [jQuery T(-) Countdown Widget] fatal error with updateWe just saw earlier replies to same issue. It did not show when we came to the forum at first. It showed latest comment as 2 years old. Have screen shot to show. We’re on centOs that limits php version. Until server upgrade, where can we find T(-) version 2.3.0?
We tried a facebook link, but it links to current vs. now. ThanksWe did talk to Paypal. They confirm IPN settings are correct. They think it is a theme conflict not conflict with other plugins. We unistalled everything and started with a clean install of theme and plugins. It rn for three trans actions and then stopped again. From the fourth sale forward, the all go straight to the trashcan. Very Weird. We are looking into a new theme. Our theme has its own IPN settings we discovered, but they are turned off. Only your plugin is active. We think there is conflict with the theme causing the IPN to confuse going through the plugin IPN settings or the theme’s IPN setting.
We will update you after we change themes.
Thanks for all the effort. We’re stumped. The first transactions in November went fine. But From December on, all go to the trash can.
Again Thanks.
We have turned of sandbox and debug and all plugins. We Completed an actual and very “real” transaction for real money from a live paypal account. Transaction clears in Paypal and says completed. That is it. CART ORDERS shows no new transaction, but does show that another one went straight into the CART ORDERS TRASH, with no data collected in any of the fields. We tried to restore it and again nothing shows. WE now have 51 transactions in the trashcan where folks have checked out and paid, but we have no record of the transaction except for a blank CART ORDER POST located in the TRASH Folder.
This is the closest we have gotten, but still no results. All information is in place. Here is the error, Any ideas?
[03/04/2015 5:27 PM] – SUCCESS :Connection to https://www.sandbox.paypal.com successfuly completed.

[03/04/2015 5:27 PM] – SUCCESS :This is not a payment complete notification. This IPN will not be processed.
[03/04/2015 5:27 PM] – SUCCESS :Paypal class finished.FYI: To see the error log without getting a permission error, we added the folowing to the .htaccess file.
<Files ~ “\.(log)$”>
order allow,deny
allow from all
</Files>Without it, it would not show up. Said you do not have permission to view page etc etc etc…
Yes, OK, that is where it is. It is all correct there. We thought perhaps a setting in plugin we can’t find. Still erring on ipn. Same in sandbox. Are there any known plugin conflicts? We have disabled all, but curious.
Is there a paid version with support?
Thanks. We can now see the log. But still over 44 sales have failed to capture via IPN.
Where is the plugin’s setting to set the IPN Notification URL to coincide with paypal?
Tried multiple installs, uninstalls, checked with server. Not working at all since we upgraded. Not sure how to procede.
It is very strange. It all worked fine, 2 updates ago. The email address is the same as always and correct, The ipn is the same and correct. No changes were made to the server. We’ll keep looking. We are missing capturing sales daily now. ?? Shouls we unistall and re-install plugin?? Would we lose the sales data (posts type) we already have? A reinstall of plugin could do it?
plugin logs say all Success except:

We spoke to host for two hours and they said it was set up correctly. Their only comment was that we needed too hire a developer on get the plugin developer to look at it.
We acccess the error log right out of the plugin setup panel.
See a screen shot here.

Hi, I am still trying desparately to access an error log in my wordpress domain located here: https://reefcrawl.com/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-simple-paypal-shopping-cart/ipn_handle_debug.log — I need to access it because the paypal shopping cart has just stopped working. Gone. I keep getting this error ——–>>>>> Forbidden You don’t have permission to access /wp-content/plugins/wordpress-simple-paypal-shopping-cart/ipn_handle_debug.log on this server. Apache Server at reefcrawl.com Port 80 —- I could really use some help on this one.
I have reviewed the file in question and it has proper permissions and also is owned by the correct user and group
Thanks, we understand you are working off little information from our side. We parked the domains through the Domain Control Panel at godaddy where they are registered. They are parked and pointed through the A- record to our server’s IP where the domain they are mapped to is hosted.
As long as they function for now I guess that’s fine. We are looking into the easiest and most complete ways to go ahead and separate them back into single domains to eliminate these issues.
