I found the problem.
Cos, Jquery on your theme is not right version.
It takes https://code.jquery.com/jquery-3.2.1.slim.min.js
which not included full functions, that while animate function does not work.
Please contact to theme provider to solve that or just me message via contact form, I can solve for you.

For the multi gallery on pages. You can generate new shortcode via YotuWP > Shortcode Generator
Then turn on custom setting as screenshot https://prnt.sc/poiiry

After that, paste the shortcode into your page and get gallery work.
