Thanks for the reply, what you suggested is exactly what I have a done; I created a custom taxonomy and linked it with its custom post type. The problem is that the custom post type page does not sort those those custom post types via taxonomies. To clarify, I created a custom post type called CELEBRITIES and linked it to a taxonomy called STARS, my intention is that within the CELEBRITIES custom post I want to have child custom post types called STARS and within the STARS taxonomy I would like to have posts that are dedicated to a single star (tom cruise as an example).
