I just got yelled at for starting another post about this issue, so I had to go through 10 pages of support requests to find this one and update it. I’ve realized that publicize is working with scheduled posts. It is only with posts that I publish immediately that publicize does not work.

I fixed the problem! The issue was with Photon in Jetpack. As soon as I disabled it, everything started working again.
