Also, in phpmyadmin, if I click Edit on my username, I get a blank page like in the screenshot above instead of having each field show so this seems to be the issue, just not sure how to fix the user table?

Glad to hear this was just a false alarm. I too received the notification on one of my sites at 6:10am today.

It seems to be working fine with the Redirect. Yes, I had already changed it to 2017-registration as opposed to 2017-2. Conference is already in the main URL. Thanks for your help.

Hmmmm….not cool. The customer just had a video produced and had the URL in the video. Can I do a redirect to the 2017-2 URL?

I just added a comment to https://www.citylifechurch.cc/baptism/ and it does show up as a Comment for approval in WordPress.

From there I was able to click on the link to the page and discovered it was just an image that was uploaded but the URL for the image was somehow citylifechurch.cc/baptism.

Looks like I cannot edit the Permalink for that image so I’ll delete it and rename it.

And it wasn’t created as an event or the URL would have /event/baptism/ in it.

I sorted the Pages by date and did not find it under Sept 14, 2013

There are no “Posts” so it’s no in there.

I had already deleted the Plugins from the server but that did not fix the problem.

I just noticed there was an update to the Innovative Theme so I updated it and now that theme works https://firstbaptistdover.org/2016website/ so the problem is with Avada. I had issued a support ticket with them the same time I posted here. I’ll wait to hear from them.

Strangely if I activate the current theme (Innovative) or Avada (New theme we want to switch to) I get the WSOD.

So that narrows it down to those two themes but how do you figure out what is preventing it from loading? Avada is the leading theme on ThemeForest and I’ve used it on many websites before with no problems.

Could it be with their webhost?

They are working again. ?? Some of the options were unchecked.

I now see the ratings in the control panel but they are not showing up on the website. I even created a new test page, added a rating and the shortcode but it does not appear on the site. Here is the test page https://todayschristianent.com/test-ratings/
