Actually, you have a bug in your coding. Even when the autoplay is switched off, the page still scrolls up to the slider. Also the same problem when User Interaction is switched on & Autoplay off.
Running WP5.2 & PHP7.2

I deleted the relevant info in single.php file and nothing changed on the front page posts. ‘(date) and posted by admin’ still there.
Also emptied cache and refreshed page

Needed to add using Theme 1035
