I am not trying to get support from your website. I am trying to ask one simple question whether your plugin has a feature. Read my last post or all my other posts CAREFULLY!

And I created 2 support threads in the forum because I have 2 separate issues! Which you will know if you at the VERY LEAST read my last post carefully.

As a support person, you should at least be competent enough to read posts carefully ???♂?!

Did you even know your website has this statement above your “contact us” button on your contact page:
“Have a pre-sale question? do you want to send us a feedback or you simply would like to say hello, please feel free to drop us a line”

Need me to explain to you what that statement or more specifically what “pre-sale” or “say hello” means?

Incognito mode and disabling plugins works the same. Shipping to restricted countries are possible, as long as the customer is not from a restricted country.

So, the question is:
Can this plugin block shipment to a restricted country, if the customer is not from a restricted country?

Do you understand?

So, if the shipping country of the customer is not a restricted country (for example, United States), can the customer send purchased products to a restricted country (for example, North korea)? Is there anyway to prevent the customer from shipping to a restricted country (North korea)?

Because customers can change his shipping address to North Korea right?

What do you mean by issue? Can this plugin block shipment to restricted countries, if the purchaser is in a non-restricted country?

Is there a way to clear the cache of the plugin, so it doesn’t insist that I am in the United states?

I enabled “force geo location”. I live in Brazil. In CBR, I restrict United States as a country. However, if I try to checkout an order, where the order is to be shipped to the United States, the order would still go through (to the United states — a restricted country in CBR). How do I prevent that from happening?

You may notice that earlier on, I said that, if I disable photo reviews, upload image, then reactivate it, Photo reviews will use 200x300px versions of the uploaded image. This may be what is happening now. The code snippet somehow overrides the photo reviews settings. Can you make the image to be uncompressed? Orignal uploaded image is 512×768.

If you look at the product photos below, they are quite sharp. That’s woocommerce’s “customize->image size” settings. Used to be 300 but I changed it to 768

Please help.

Thank you for the snippet. I am a newbie, would you mind telling me, where exactly should I insert the snippet? I noticed that all new uploads are 500px by 500px but I am pretty sure it was 768×768 before (old pictures), maybe because those pictures are there before photo reviews was activated. But strangely, now, if I disable photo reviews, upload new photos, then enable photo reviews, and upload the images to my reviews, the resized images are even worse, the dimensions become 200x300px.
