In reply to: [Social Media Share Buttons & Social Sharing Icons] Presales questionWow maybe I should not buy this — Do you all want to make a sale or not??
I ask question in your contact us form over email, someone else said go to your forum and post question so everyone can see it, now you tell me this to go somewhere else. Your team needs a CLEAR WAY FOR PRESALES TO CONTACT YOU!Its not worth wasting time hopping back and forth — I can go buy someone else plugin — Stop sending potential clients all over the place I only post here because someone from your company TOLD ME TO!!!!
Yeah, they get seriously annoyed if you ask them questions. The owner guy Mark, tried to pull the plug on my “premium” support because he said I asked too many questions and was going to offer me a refund. Talk about product ego. They need to post they give max 1 answer per person so that you don’t expect real support.

By the way, for ANYONE else having this problem where scans are getting hung up and after reaching out to the Wordfence follks (who seem to be pretty oblivious to this) I found a link that should help maybe others that have had the same problem, here it is:
