I had no clue these are two different entities(embarrassed)! Is there a way that I can transfer my blog from wordpress.com to www.ads-software.com as I would like to use the plugins.

the main reason why i wanted to install wordpress using XAMPP was because I cant find the plugin option in my dashboard. how to go about it now?
I read somewhere it may be due to the theme, I am using the FONTFOLIO theme.
Even when I change the theme I cant see the plugin option in my dashboard.

yes, I mean a live site (my blog)!
