in which step are you stuck?

You went to Tools > Import > Blogger Imported Extended?
Have you done the authentication with your Google account?
Have you selected the blog to import?

Another user told me that the plugin duplicates some images when the plugin shows the alert saying it stopped. Could be this your situation?

For the moment there is no way to continue an import already completed.

Maybe in a future release I could implement this functionality, I should think about it.

the plugin stores some informations in order to remeber the status of the import, you can run this query to delete these:

DELETE FROM wp_options WHERE option_name LIKE ‘bie_status_%’;

Note: your wp_options table could have a different prefix

for the moment there is no way to continue a step already done, in your case, posts have been already imported, so, the plugin simply skips these.

Maybe in a future release I could implement this functionality, I should think about it.

This snippet is only used in alm_query_posts, I meant in preloaded post query, here this fallback there isn’t.

Uhm, anyway, with ‘exclude’ didn’t work, replacing it with ‘post__not_in’ instead works. I’m using WP 4.2.2.

Clear all and rerun when the design is ready or rewrite the missing posts manually ??

What about the status of the import? In any case, if the import for posts if finished (eg: if you stopped on pages) there is no way to go back and import the new post.

Usually you should shun to add new contents on the old blog if you started the import for the new one.
