i suppose this can resolve

this or another gateway i think the problem would be same…

so i had two issues :

1) the reCaptcha domain was not properly configured
2) i was desactivating wordfence on the wrong installation folder.

no i didn’t !
i abandoned… let me know if you manage please.

i desactivated plugins (renamed plugin folder), and same results.
as for theme, i renamed theme, and the site becomes all white, but still back-office not available for my user.

it is somewhere deeper, can’t understand where to search and how to debug.
don’t see anything related to logins in the logs.

maybe you can help, my user can’t acess to admin dashboard anymore.
the prefix of the base is “pr_” and not “wp_”

here is what i have in database for the user id in table pr_capabilities.

maybe there is a place i can see logs related to user logins ?
i tried to activate DEBUG log, but i don’t see anything there related to logins.

what i triead again is via FTP i desactivated all plugins, and desactivated the theme and same results.

also i tried changing 10 to 0 values for wp_user_level
and it doesn’t do any change

didn’t touch it since a while, and i think many plugins haven’t been updated.

i have backups…
there was no apparent changes in database values.

will try that…
