Ya using the latest versions on both. Disabled all the plugins and used a standard theme like u mentioned, still same error.

Well you say its not related to the plugin, but it happens with two different types of insertions.
Anyways, one page its happening on is https://www.sawinery.net/blog/woodworking-projects-for-beginners/

Again, when I use Thrive maunally it DOES NOT happen.
But when inserting with your plugin, it does.

I thought the same.
However, I checked it with 2 Different ad types.
On 1 site I’m using ads from Newormedia, and on the other site I’m using Thrive shortcodes.
And the issue happens on both.

Also, when I insert them manually, without adinserter, it doesn’t happen anymore.
