In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Image lazyloading with LS in WP 5.9@qtwrk thank you, i appreciate your reply.
You are sending me to a thread that concerns another plugin.
The problem i have is wih LSC not working as intended (i.e. not deactivating WP lazy loading when LSC lazy loading is activated, which it is supposed to do) and not taking into account the excluded images.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Image lazyloading with LS in WP 5.9@hailite yes I saw that, however it is not woring as intended.
If you check this pagespeed report for example you will see that one of the 3 images in the exclude list is still lazy loading:

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] How to exclude images from lazy loadingHi @qtwrk adding the URL to the exclude list doesn’t work for me. I have 3 images in the exclude list but one still shows as loading=lazy

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Lazy load issues with Lite Speed CacheI have the same issue (or at least similar):
I want to deactivate the lazy loading for above the fold images.
I activated lazy loading via ListSpeed Cache (which I was told automatically disables the WordPress lazy loading). I am excluding the images above the fold manually as well to make sure they are not lazy loaded.
Yet, there is still one image that shows as “loaded=lazy”
It is above the fold, excluded, yet still shows as lazy loaded, and from what I understand that woud be by WP and not by LSC. How is this even possible?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Image lazyloading with LS in WP 5.9Thanks for your reply, i really appreciate it.
Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be the case.
I have LiteSpeed lazy loading on, i excluded my images above the fold. All cache purged. I still have an image that is excluded but still lazy loading.
You can see it on the GTMetrix reportForum: Plugins
In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Image lazyloading with LS in WP 5.9Yes, i am trying to find a way to disable WP lazyloading

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Image lazyloading with LS in WP 5.9Thanks, will try that.
Normally wordpress seems to override everything.
Litespeed cache has lazyloading option with exceptions as well, but it just doesn’t work on 5.9Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Image lazyloading with LS in WP 5.9No worries, i appreciate it

It was working on 5.5 to 5.8 onlyForum: Plugins
In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Disable WP Native Lazy LoadThis doesn’t work anymore on WP 5.9
I also want to use LiteSpeed lazyloading as i can exclude my above the fold images.
I have been struggling for days trying to find a solution, but still cannot deactivate WP default lazy loading.
Any suggestion would be most welcome.OK I will do then.
Thank you very much! Thanks for your reply @misulicus much appreciated.
Sorry I should have clarified in my post: I mean the “featured” download from the widget area (EDigital: Featured Products). I am using the EDigital theme.
Regarding consistency of the book title (line of text under the image), that is not something in my control as I am not the author of the books. May I suggest the other way round? i.e. to automatically truncate the titles in this specific area to a predetermine number?
Not sure if the above is controlled by the theme or the plugin. The theme seems to have been designed to work specifically with your plugin.
Again great job, 2 thumbs up for this amazing plugin!Well am not sure about the email because I believe it’s typo.
Another thing I noticed. If I get to a post, and manually resize any image (i.e. select for example in the dropdown from medium to large) then the image will show. Even if I revert it then from Large to Medium. But that would mean opening each single post and resizing all images manually…
Hi there,
It might work fine when you install it on 5.4 but have you tried installing on a previous version and upgrading to 5.4?
GTMetrix after the upgrade:
https://gtmetrix.com/reports/mypoutylips.com/rYQ1neH5GTMetrix last week:
https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.mypoutylips.com/JSPtnBFiIt is the “scale images and lazy load” option when unabled that blocks the delivery of the images. If I disable it and run GTMetrix again, I am getting this:
