Unfortunately i can′t share the link to the website. It′s not possible because it′s the website of a customer of us.

Last time i also write with a other user that this problem with the buttons for list/grid view is depending also with the Avada Theme that i use. Therfore i write also with Avada and they say, that this would be a customize code.

So i have contact also the company with that Avada work and they make me a offer how they want to change the code in the child theme so that the additional list/grid url will be not more visible.

now i don′t know if i understand you rigt.

the list/grid view in the overview and the sort function is a normal WooCommerce function. It is not a theme function. because on many shops i see this possiblity.

As theme i use avada.

One information. By my search i see also many sites where this was fixed by hide it per css. This is not what i need/want. It is necessary, that it must deactivate/remove to 100%.

thank you for your answer.

It was activated and i clear cache and look. picture not there.
then i deactivate it and clear cache and the pictures was there.
now i activated it again and clear cache and the images are there in this moment. perhaps my browsercache is now false. so it would be good if you look by you also.
But what i see in freontend is, that i don′t see the webp images, i see now the jpgs.
So something is false.
I think the best solution is, that someone of you log in to the backend.

This is very strange! Can you deactivate WebP, clear the cache and let me know if it works? Because it looks like images are gone from the filesystem but not sure how.
-> What i have to deactivate exactly? The plugin imagify or what exactly. Perhaps a picture will help me.

If turning off WebP does not help, try to restore them to original via Media Library and let me know if it fixes the problem (you can try with 2-3 images first).
-> how i can restore from original? Perhaps also here a screen will help me.

After the optimize is finished, now in frontend on the most sites i don′t see pictures anymore.

In order to check if WebP exists, you should use the full URL including “.png” or “.jpg” as we keep it in image name when appending the “.webp” part (it will not affect images in any negative way).

Sorry, but i don′t unterstand what you write.

The pictures that i upload was to 95% jpgs. Now with the plugin webp pictures will generate. In one of your messages you say to check xxx.jpg.webp to check if the webp image exist. This is clear. But in frontend if i will check the source code or run the website through a SEO tool, then he will see webp or he will see jpg? Because we use this plguin because the SEO tools say us, that we don′t use webp picture and if i see now in frontend only jpgs than i don′t understand this plugin.
