And also another difficulty I had is when using user meta – array contains with two conditions for example. “1,25” it will trigger if one of them exist “1” or “25”. Is it possible to force both of them? Of course in the general setting I choose “All” for the conditions.

right now i dont have access to the php log,
the Debug content i have pasted in my first post is a result of manualy starting the cron job with “core control”
i also try to disable all other plugins.
