Thanks @bruceallen! Deactivating Jetpack removes the option to edit CSS altogether from both the Appearance menu and Appearance > Themes > Edit CSS.

Thanks @a2hostingrj. No comparability issues, but DoNotTrack didn’t eliminate any of the trackers on my site either. Appreciate the suggestion.

Also, the gravatar.com tracker has been reappearing intermittently.

Thanks @macmanx! I deactivated all of the plugins and the problem went away. I then re-activated them one at a time and the problem never returned.

Thanks Steve! Fixed it, but forgot to update the info here. Turns out my firewall service wasn’t playing nicely with my ISP.

Ah, great catch—thank you very much @joyously! I just dropped “Washington” and called it the DC area. Looks perfect now. Thanks again!
