Well, it is quite simple. This plugin allows you to execute custom PHP script within WordPress – without having to create a new plugin for it.
You input the code and it will be executed.
You can also save your script and execute it multiple times.
It is meant for doing simple actions that require PHP when it is not neccessary to create a new plugin for them (for example something you want to do only on one site).

The “ex” link should be there for messages someone hasn’t read yet, though.

Do you have latest version of the plugin? If so, please send me a screenshot of your Organizational Messages page, so I can see if something went wrong.

Go to Network admin –> Dashboard –> Organizational Messages. You will see a table with existing messages. On each row there are links “ex” and “x” in the ID column. “ex” is for “expire” – it will mark the message as read by all users, “x” will delete it completely from the database.

I’m going to merge MURM with a very similar plugin I was developing some time ago – and that should provide the functionality you need. However, it will take some time, which I currently don’t have. So, please, be patient.

Included in 2.1.4, however needs more testing – use at your own risks (as usually). ??

Just copy your translation into “languages” folder. They have to be properly named, of course (multisite-user-registration-manager-YOUR_LANGUAGE_CODE.po/mo).
