In reply to: [Extra Product Sorting Options for WooCommerce] Is This App Being Sunsetted?Hi @serafinnyc ,
While I would not be able to give you an exact reason for delay, I do know that our product team has been working to bring WooCommerce HPOS compatibility across all our plugins, including Extra Product Sorting Options.
Additionally, we have only recently received a bug report for the plugin. We sent that up to our product team to review as well.
I hope that helps paint a picture of what we are working on as far as future updates go!
Do you have any other questions or concerns I can help with? ??

Hi @venusxt ,
Thank you for the information! I went through a test site and was able to duplicate this issue as well. Mine had 19n products and reduced to 12 under the sale items first sorting option. Thank you for bringing this to our attention! I have created a bug report for our product team to review this error.
Do you have any other questions or concerns at this time?
Best,Hi @venusxt ,
Ah okay, I see! Thank you for clarifying the issue! I see what you are talking about now. Given the number of products I understand it would be difficult to check all the products, but does it appear that these products are different from a “Simple Product”? I ask because the plugin currently only supports sorting by sale first on “Simple Products”.

ZachHello there @venusxt ,
Thank you for reaching out about our plugin, Extra Product Sorting Options for WooCommerce! I’m happy to assist you with this. ??
I understand that you were seeing an issue when using the sale(offer) items first on product categories where it would only show the sale items rather than just sale items first. I was unable to duplicate the issue you experienced using your site and one of the listed categories you mentioned. Here is a video of what occurred when going to the site for me. Could you send a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Thank you for reaching out about our plugin, GoDaddy Payments! I’m happy to assist you with this. ??
From your Godaddy Payments Dashboard you should be able to go to Transactions and then click on a Transaction ID to view its details.
On the Transaction Details page you will see that there is a section called “Source” which should be set as “WooCommerce” and “Order ID” which is set as the corresponding WooCommerce Order ID. In my example the WooCommerce Order ID was #24683
You can check that it corresponds to a WooCommerce Order if needed by searching for the order in your WooCommerce Orders page on your website.
Would you please let me know if this helps you out? Please don’t hesitate to let me know if you have any other questions!

In reply to: [Sequential Order Numbers for WooCommerce] Only even order numbersHi there @kitkaanka77 ,
Our plugin is designed to skip over any existing post IDs, so I would like to check if the odd numbers are already existing post IDs. As an example could you use this url formatting to check for an existing post?
https://your_domain_here.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=1531&action=edit
This should give us an idea of the reason these IDs are being skipped.

In reply to: [Sequential Order Numbers for WooCommerce] Only even order numbersHi @kitkaanka77 ,
Thank you for the list of your current plugins! My questions are: Were any other plugins updated at that time? What version of WooCommerce were you on prior to the update? Any additional details or screenshots of the issue would be greatly appreciated. ??

To confirm, was WooCommerce the only plugin that was updated or were there others? Could you tell what version of the plugin was installed and what version did WooCommerce update to?Best,

In reply to: [Product SKU Generator for WooCommerce] Build prefix for skuHey there,
It has been a long time since we heard from you, so I’m going to mark this topic as resolved.
If you’re still experiencing issues please take a look at our FAQs for more information and create a new thread if you have further questions.
Thanks,
Zach ??Hey there @presson2022,
Thank you for checking the PHP memory limit! No worries about the system report then. I would recommend increasing the PHP memory limit to 256mb as well to make sure there is enough memory available for PHP processes.
Could you let me know how that goes?
Best,
ZachHi there @presson2022 ,
Thank you for confirming your WP memory limit! Since this is a php fatal error, we also need to confirm the PHP memory limit. As Jessica asked, could you provide a copy of your system report? This should provide us with a lot of helpful information.

In reply to: [Product SKU Generator for WooCommerce] Build prefix for skuHello there,
Thank you for reaching out about our plugin, Product SKU Generator for WooCommerce! I’m happy to assist you with this. ??
Am I correct in understanding that you are wanting to add a prefix of “SAP” to the SKU and then let the plugin generate the number?
