On the issue, I have resolved it now. For your reference, I was wanting people with accounts on my site to view my site with out ads.

Changed the template from the elementor one to default and that fixed that page. Regarding other page there is still no drop down menu for a template.

For future reference, none of the pages I want comments on are home page – and the page that wont give drop down menu to select a template is a ‘Posts page’ – the page I selected for all my posts to go to.

For me I was more concerned with my other page than this posts page, so am very satisfied with the outcome.

I am using the AccessPress Mag theme. When it comes to template in the drop down menu, the page that works is ‘Default Template’, whereas one of the failed pages is on ‘Elementor full width’ and the other doesn’t have a drop down box for template (i’m referring to the drop down menu for template under the ‘Page Attributes’ tab on the edit page.)

So do you think if I want comments I would have to change the Elementor one to default? And if so, what would I do for the one with no template?
