Did you verify with BlueHost that mod_rewrite is turned on? Are you able to access your .htaccess file and verify that the contents are correct? It should look something like the example here: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/htaccess

We need a little more background information on your situation. Is your site on wix.com already or hosted somewhere else? What were you trying to do?

Did you try removing your custom CSS and testing? Is this a new site that has always malfunctioned like this or did something change? Did you try disabling plugins? Does the problem occur on every theme?

Tell us, is this a brand new installation of WP or something that broke? Have permalinks worked on the same server before?
