dear sashton thank you for sharing the information, I didn’t get any help from support team neither, and I did update it yesterday but didn’t solve the problem. but I found another way and I came to tell you but luckily your problem is solved. I changed my theme and then it worked. I wish you the best of luck.

yes, I heard maybe changing the permalink would help, so I changed it, but the same problem appeared. so it’s the same page. you can check this one.
