well, when I switch back to loading the script.js file in the root (reedy.wdev4.com/js/script.js) of the site there aren’t js errors.

when I load the script.js file in the ROOT (ex: reedy.wdev4.com/js/script.js) it works, however when I load it through the theme folder (ex: https://reedy.wdev4.com/wp-content/themes/reedy/js/script.js?ver=1.0 ) it does not work.

you’ll see on this page that the scroll bar doesn’t work for the list items of businesses, and when you click on the businesses their info doesn’t slide up.

Same error for me.

and then when I try to upgrade to the standard vision it crashes my whole site.

That makes no sense.

you should upgrade your multisite with each new WordPress Version.

1) Each new version provides new security features/patches that should be implemented.
2) Many of the new versions of WP required upgrading the database and they do so with each version, in sequential order. You should upgrade to 3.5 then to 3.6 then to 3.7 , not from 3.4 to 3.7. This may be a reason why you’ve had a bad experience before.

To minimize the risk of things messing up when you update WordPress, you need to update with each new version, do not jump versions.

I’ve seen other sites use all CSS on their WordPress Menus and even use the “nav ul li:hover li {display:block;}” and it works.

I figured there must be some IE9 and below hack to make it work.

I’m using MODERNIZER.

What’s NOT visible is the database (the “database” is a drop down from the tab “contact” on the ADMIN PANEl of WordPress). I can’t access any of my form submissions.

Now the back end works but only for 2011 theme. So what could be wrong with my theme??? I’m using the Echelon theme from mysitemyway

i am actually logged into the site still. For me the Admin bar still shows up at the top of every screen throughout the site.

What is the link to the other forum post that resolved this for you?

I created a file called “php.ini” that I placed in the “wp-admin” directory. The contents of the file were simply “memory=50MB” and it did not fix my issue.

Excellent! This worked for me!

I went into my c-panel and increased the ‘quota” allotment for that account and gave it more disk space.

My Shared Hosting via Gigenet Cloud had enough disk space, but the “account” didn’t have enough space.
