In reply to: [WooCommerce] NEED HELP WOOCOMMERCE LAST UPDATE SCREWED MY TEMPLATE :(Hi there,
Could you go in and re-save your permalinks. It’s hard to tell what’s happening on your site without a status report or URL to check, so if you could include that with your reports, that would be super helpful. Additionally, when you have an issue, you really should start a new topic, rather than adding to a current issue.
Cheers!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Duplicate orders in Woocommerce 2.5.5Hi Reyji,
WooCommerce 2.5.5 is quite old – it’s nearly two years old, and isn’t a supported version only longer. The problem with running a plugin that’s so old is that it’s not likely to continue working with other plugins and themes, especially because there have been a lot of updates to WooCommerce that have necessitated changes throughout the entire WooCommerce ecosphere, so you truly do run the risk of having an unstable, vulnerable site when you run very old plugins.
I strongly encourage you to upgrade. You are likely to continue to see increasing issues across your site unless you do.
To do this safely, please make a full backup of your site. Then, create a staging site (if you don’t have one already), and update WooCommerce and your other plugins there. Once you are aware of what changes and fixes you’ll need to make on your live site, you are in a position to begin upgrading your live site. If you don’t have a staging site, we have found that WP Staging ( https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/ ) has been easy to use for customers.
Cheers!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Contact Short code present but not recognizedHi there,
It looks like the page that is showing the red X is your “my account” page, not your contact page (please let me know if I’m not understanding your question!). You can check here to make sure you’ve set up your My Account page as suggested:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/If I haven’t understood the issue, could you please let me know what you meant?

Hi all,
In the bug report that was pasted above (and right here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/19064 ) Mike was able to pinpoint the cause and get it patched up. It will be included in 3.3.3.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] product codes in suppliers xml feedHi thintin,
We don’t have recommendations on specific code to use, but we’ll leave this thread open for the next week or so (or from the next reply), so that if anyone from the community has ideas they have time to chime in. You may also want to visit your local WordPress meetup group to see if anyone there has suggestions if you get stuck. Finally, if you find you need to actually hire a developer, you may want to check out our Woo Experts ( https://www.woocommerce.com/experts/ ). I like the idea of starting with your local meetup group first, because likely there are already experienced developers there who would be happy to help you.
Cheers!

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway] Wrong shipping fee usedHi there,
Just to update you again, I’ve submitted this to the Github repo, and you can follow along here:
https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-gateway-paypal-express-checkout/issues/390I’m going to set this issue as resolved, as anyone can follow the Github issue to stay up to date.
Hi danbarnes,
On your checkout, I am able to access PayPal by filling in the form and clicking in “Continue to Payment” – it properly takes me to my PayPal account at that point. Are you still seeing this issue?
Cheers!

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway] 10605-Currency is not supportedHi evanomondi,
That means you’re using a currency that PayPal doesn’t support. You can find all the supported currencies here: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/api/currency_codes/
Cheers!
Hi sallyteo,
Are you still having an issue with this? If you could paste in here your System Status Report (WooCommerce > Status in your dashboard), let’s see if we can get to the bottom of this!
Cheers!
Hi dingo-d,
I’m glad you could find the conflict! It sounds like it’s actually something in the theme that is hooking into the wrong thing that’s causing this error. If it happened with a standard theme (like Storefront or Twenty Seventeen), then it’s more likely there’s an issue with the plugin itself, but since it’s a non-standard theme and I can’t find any additional reports, it seems to be something that is very specific to this exact theme. Could you contact the Stockholm authors to get this updated?
Cheers!
Hi there,
It looks like according to PayPal, this error means “Note: Feature not enabled because system is running in stand in mode. Warning only.”
Are you in sandbox or test mode? Can you check both your WooCommerce site and your PayPal account to be sure? You may need to contact PayPal to ensure that your business account is confirmed and active.
Cheers!
