In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Problem with 3D securejulien54,
Were you able to take a screenshot of the error? Have you been able to resolve this?

Gerd.neumann,
Do you see the same issue if you switch your theme temporarily to Storefront or Twenty Seventeen? If you do, it is likely a plugin conflict, and you’ll want to try disabling your other plugins to see if you can narrow down the conflict.
Cheers!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Customer charged despite reported ‘failed’ transactiondrtonyb,
Could you paste in your System Status Report? You can find it in WooCommerce > Status. We do not have additional reports of this, so whatever happened does seem to be isolated.
It does sound like something on the checkout page somehow refreshed or re-loaded, but we’ll have to look into it more closely to understand better what might be happening.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Turnover before tax in dashboardHi Miezz81,
You could add this suggestion to our Ideas Board – the development team looks through there for ideas on what features to add, so ideas with a lot of votes and suggestions will get considered.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Paypal Server Error on CheckoutHi tompion,
We can help you here with the built-in Paypal. However, it looks like you do have a different Paypal enabled – can you disable that fully and test again?
If you get the error again, as Soft79 suggested, could you include some info from your error log (do enable debugging if you haven’t yet), because it’s hard to pinpoint a server error (500 status is a server error).
Cheers!
Hi argen234 and Gio,
Could you both post this in the Stripe forum instead: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce-gateway-stripe
If this isn’t happening with the WooCommerce Stripe payment plugin (https://woocommerce.com/products/stripe/), could you please contact the author of the Stripe plugin you’re using?
When you post in the Stripe forum, could you include your System Status Report (WooCommerce > Status, in your dashboard). Cheers!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] none of my product images is showingHi Ron,
This is probably an issue with your caching – the product image is showing up properly for me and Dustin:
https://cldup.com/kRQbN8XhnO.pngCould you try clearing your cache, using an incognito window, etc, to see if you can see the image showing up properly?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] All prices in net in my shopHi Florian,
You need to enter the rates in the shop as the price including tax. So if you expect to charge 25,00 including tax, enter it in the shop as 25,00. However, that said, I do think there’s something interfering with your taxes, because I see a price of 21,01 in the shop, and then 25,00 in the checkout (not in the cart):
https://cldup.com/TH_niHVJo0.pngCould you set up a staging site (make a back-up first), using a plugin like WP Staging ( https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/ ), then disable all your plugins except WooCommerce, and switch your theme to a standard theme like Storefront or Twenty Seventeen, and test this again? If it starts working correctly, then there’s a plugin or theme conflict. You can start by re-enabling your theme to see if it still works, and if it does, enable your plugins one-by-one to see where the conflict lies.
Cheers
Hi 徐 仲威,
That’s just a function of how text fields work – they don’t respect returns, basically. You could try something like Checkout Field Editor (one of our plugins) and add individual text input fields for order numbers (or whatever your customers may be adding there). So let’s say those are order numbers – you could add text fields that are labeled like:
Order Number 1:
Order Number 2:
Order Number 3:
…For as many as you expect your customers to have. Then you’ll get individual lines on the order for each one.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Link to streaming video stopped workingHi sunshowerbiz,
Can you send your System Status Report? You can find it in your dashboard at WooCommerce > Status. It seems like something is circumventing those links in the order confirmation page (which I could see, thank you!).
We might need to do plugin conflict testing (I think we will), so you may want to set up a staging site now, if you don’t have one already. Make a backup of your site, then install WP Staging ( https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/ ), and create a fresh staging site. We’ll likely end up asking you to disable all plugins except WooCommerce and testing a dummy order, and IF it works, enabling your plugins one-by-one (or in batches if you have many) to find where the conflict is occurring.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Automatically Empty Cart on ExitHi eainnem,
This would require custom code. I found this on Stack Overflow that you can check out: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/20954448/how-to-clear-a-woocommerce-cart
I’m not able to verify if this will work, so please make a backup of your site before attempting, and if you can test on a staging site first, that would be best!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WC 3.2.6 My Account Orders PaginationHi SYNC4489,
When I check the My Orders page in My Account for a test site with only WooCommerce and Storefront active, I see 10 orders per page. It’s very interesting that your site isn’t doing this! Could you send us your System Status Report (WooCommerce > Status)? Also, you might want to try a local hosting site using Flywheel (https://local.getflywheel.com/) just to see if with a totally fresh instance you get the same thing.
Cheers
