Thanks James. We’ve changed all admin passwords and deactivated the plugin. are on call with our provider as of now to get a restore from the backup. we all are very shaken up by this at this moment.

again, they update their plugin but fail to fix this bug. I think they are not aware of this bug and are not visiting this page to check on issues being reported

the recent update to this plugin still does not take care of this issue. We had to go back and change the line as per the recommendation above to get the comments pages in admin working right.

thanks… isn’t workable for our current situation ?? will wait for this one… I’m surprised that gravatar hasn’t come up with this plugin for wordpress sooner.

checking the use legacy method, seems to have resolved the issue.

adding to above, I tried with 777 permissions on the avatars folder, but the author image still does not upload.

Gurus any help will be highly appreciated…. so far have no clue… are we hacked? is there a bug in WP? etc. etc.

Trying to add comments does not work and

No author can log in. Each time an author enters username and password they get the following url: https://mysite.com/wp-login.php

I have the same problem. Does not work in any browser. But no response so far. My problem goes further. Comments are not working either. When reader submits comment they get message “You need to type in a comment” (or something similar)

any help please?
