I’ve temporarily disabled the plugin on my site to prevent the issue from happening again while we work on a solution to this.

Yes it is. I have two different shipping zones (one for free shipping for orders above USD 150 only in new jersey). Maybe it has something to do with that? Please check the screenshot and let me know what you think.Screenshot:

Thanks for the reply. You are right, taxes are now being calculated for New Jersey. However, now tax rates are not correct for the rest of the states ( same tax rates from New Jersey appear on the rest of the states, even when there are different rates)Can you please help me out?
ThanksThanks! I solved the problem. If anyone else is having this issue — on the plugin’s settings, make sure that all the Parcel Adjustments (min length, width, etc) have any number instead of a blank space (it can be 0, it just needs to have any number) and save the changes. That solved the problem for me.

Ok thanks. I’ll be looking into the issues regarding the new Shippo account. Meanwhile I’d like to know if I have to set up the weight and dimensions of ALL products for the plugin to show the shipping rates on checkout. I have added these details for some specific products (not all of them) and made a dummy order with only these specific products, yet I still can’t see the shipping rates on checkout.
