It’s using the exec() command.
If you can’t change your apache config, with a php.ini for example, you can disable it from the config page.

You shall indicate a book size accorded to your pages size :
> the book & page height have to be the same
> the book width should be twice a page

It seems the jquery version used by the plugin has some conflicts with your theme or another plugin jaquery.

Actually we don’t give support for FREE vresion, but to make it work you should try do deactivate the plugin jQuery load in the plugin php file.

The PRO version does NOT transforms PDF into JPEG. You have to get another third service for that. We are NOT seeling this service.

We are selling pieces of software to ingeneers, they generally read specifications on the page before to buy something. They are absolutely NOT talking about PDF transformation, as we don’t do that.

We are not a wallmart. We are not refunding on people mistakes but on real argues.

on most configs GD is memory limited (more than 800*600 needs more than 512MO RAM free).
That’s why we add the phMagic library, but it uses exec() command which is limited on some configs too…

The auto image sizing will rework sizes for zooming, and the pages will appear in normal mode forced by CSS.
so the pages will have to be uploaded in w*2 & h*2 for a good experience

if you have more troubles you could give me accesses to your admin so I can configure it correctly in the week end and post here the correct sizes (and method to get them)

your troubles give us the way to simplify the admin section for next releases…
