I finally found a solution to this myself. I am using Cpanel for website hosting but not for the domain’s mail (this is going through a separate server). I went to ‘Email Routing’ (under ‘Email’ on the main menu page with all the icons & options) and selected “Remote Mail Exchanger” and saved that setting. Suddenly the form worked.
Hope that’s of help to someone else ??

I installed that plugin and did everything required. Like others who have reported the same issue, it made no difference.

The form seems to be working fine on its own. What isnt working is the ability to export the data collected from the form. Does anyone have any other suggestions for an alternative?

Tried the suggestion above to no availa. Still have exactly the same issue which is telling me it must be something intrinsic to WPE-Commerce

Thanks for the prompt feedback, however I dont think thats the problem as even if I disable Payfast as a payment method and use Paypal instead (which is already built in as standard), I get the same error: the ongoing refresh of the page when the purchase button is clicked.

Also, it does not seem to want to show only one payment option (again when changed to Paypal). If I select only one option, nothing gets displayed. Only if I select a min of 2 payment options do I then get the payment options displayed on the checkout page.

Just one thing when adding your own codes (and not having the system create them):
Is it possible for the main administrator to be emailed when the codes/vouchers run out or run low? Even better would be if one could set a reminder and choose at what point you want the system to mail you eg: Mail me when only {5} vouchers remain. Is this do-able?

I have tried the above (including changing all 3 areas in this section from false to true) and am still having the image scroll down as I move down the page.

Is there any other option in this regard?
