i hide this from Users for admin. because he cant work with plugins and themes and i must hide them.

now i restore backup and fix this but for this problem what can i do?or delete some menu like Themes or Plugins that i cant back them after delete AAM

1. WPP cropped image and decrease quality,How can i increase image quality?

2. I need WPP to show recent post(from category 1) but it shows most views post in category 1 , please guide me about it
