I just found out that the function wpseoSetIgnore is in fact wpseo_setIgnore.
So just copy/paste your line looking like :
wpseoSetIgnore(“tour”, “wp-pointer-0”, “XXXXXXXX”);
by
wpseo_setIgnore(“tour”, “wp-pointer-0”, “XXXXXXXX”);
And the popup will not come again
