Thank you for the suggestions, I will try them now!
I temporarily disabled the option to create an account at the checkout to remove the hidden “create an account?” password field that was causing the issue, as I was losing sales. I will turn it back on while I investigate it.

Thank you for looking into this!

The steps to replicate it are:
1) Add anything to the cart
2) In the cart click “proceed to checkout”
3) Click “I don’t have an account”
4) Put anything in the required fields (email box requires valid email format)
5) Click “next”

A red box comes up with the message “Some required fields are empty. Please fill the required fields to go to the next step.”

As far as I can tell, this only happens via the “I don’t have an account” button. A customer reported it to me and I couldn’t replicate the problem until I used an incognito window because I was logged into WordPress so it automatically bypassed the login page for me.

I’ve deactivated all plugins one by one and the website is still messed up. But it still could be something else at this stage.
I just don’t know why the Multi Currency update won’t install.

I have the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin and the WooCommerce plugin.

I have no idea where that function came from I’m afraid, but if it’s not associated with Stripe I’ll look into it elsewhere.
