Hello Developers,

I understand you guys must be occupied with a lot of other high priority subjects. But this feature is one of the core function of our website and it stopped working. Could you please help us out on this?

I was facing the issue due to essential addons Though i had deactivated it and reactivated it serveral times on the latest version it didn’t fix anything But when I gave it another try before disabling the plugin it fixed my issue. Now Im using woocommerce, blocksy theme, essential kit and essential addons too.

if you mean If I’m using nginx cache as completely different plugin other than litespeed cache, then no I’m only using Litespeed cache.

Quick update: once the site broke with guest mode on I left it as it is and after couple of hours the site was normal and wasn’t breaking. But when I turned of guest mode and delete cache and started checking, it started breaking again.

The full name of the plugin is User registration & user profile – Profile Builder. However, someone just suggested me a plugin called Navigation Menu Roles. I installed and my issue has been solved. I request you to delete this thread.

Also I tried Debugging and half of my issue has been solved. I will be installing this plugin for more enhancement.

No, I don’t need any more help apart from the SSL certificate thing. However, I fixed the issue. I was actually using my web address as HTTPS without an SSL certificate. Just changed by web address back to HTTP and now I don’t have any certification error.

I will check with them. Any other options I could look into? Also my domain shows a cheaper option asking me to purchase a Trusted site status, do you think it will solve the certificate error?

Dear Sir,
